Sunday School Opportunities

We would like to encourage everyone to join us in worship at 9:00 am for singing and celebration.  All Sunday school classes will be dismissed at 9:15 am.  The children can find their banner with the grade on it and follow their teacher to class.

Little Disciples:  Grades preschool – 2nd grade

Junior Disciples:  Grades 3rd grade – 5th

meet at 9:15 am – 10:15 am in the Sunday school wing.

The stories of the bible are taught through many styles of learning:  Storytelling, cooking, art, music, and games.

Nursery:  A nursery is available during both worship services.  It is open to children newborn through age 5.

Middle School:

High School:

Grades 9th – 12th grade meet at 9:15 am – 10:15 am in youth building.

Meet to learn about scripture and discuss life application.  Open conversations are encouraged.

United Methodist Youth Fellowship (UMYF):

Sunday evenings from 5 - 7 PM.  All youth, 6th grade – 12th grade are welcome.

We begin with a snack supper and then split into middle school groups and high school groups.  We do many activities at church and away from church.  We encourage youth to form long-lasting relationships with their peers and other adults.

CHURCH CAMP
It is that time of year again, time to start thinking about church camp. We are so blessed to have the opportunity to send our children, youth and families to a great camp on the Grand Mesa.
The dates for each camp are: Elementary camp (completed 3rd grade – 5th grade), July 30 – August 3, 2012; Mid-high camp (completed 6th grade – 8th grade): July 23 – 28, 2012 ;Senior high camp (completed 9th grade – 12th grade), July 16-21, 2012; and Family Camp (everyone welcome), August 3-5, 2012.
If you would like to help someone go to camp, please get in touch with Susan Zanski. You can donate money in addition to your regular offering and help someone go to camp. It is a life-changing experience that won’t be forgotten.

**All adults that spend time with the youth (youth sponsors and leaders) have a background check done yearly.
